1. Where do you ship to?

I ship domestically to the United States, as well as internationally to all other countries. If service to your country is currently suspended and you happen to place an order, you will be refunded.

2. How long is your processing time?

My processing time is about 2-3 weeks. Seeing as I run this shop alone and I'm also a full-time college student, processing times may be shorter or longer than that estimated time. Just look out for an email sent when your order is shipped.

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Estimated times depending on where you live:

USA: 1-2 weeks

Canada: 2-4 weeks

International: 3-6+ weeks

4. Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?

No, once your package has been shipped out I do not accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations. I am also not responsible for lost or damaged mail.

5. Do you offer tracked shipping?

As of right now, I do not offer tracked shipping. This is to reduce shipping costs.

6. How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs can vary depending on the weight of the product and where the package is being shipped to.

Domestic shipping: $0.55 to $5.00 USD

International shipping: $1.20 to $7.00 USD

7. What is the difference between A-grade and B-grade sticker sheets?

A-grade sheets are better quality with centered cut lines and good printing quality. B-grade sheets are less perfect but still useable. Some of the imperfections include off-centered cut lines and printing issues (streaks, slightly off-colored, or sheets with small design changes). Not all stickers in b-grade sheets have been affected.
